Account: Who is permitted to open an account?
Business Owner Account Must be a business related to the beauty industry such as a hair salon, beauty salon, spa, makeup studio or beauty supply store. Must provide a business documentation such as a business license number, tax ID (USA only), resellers permit (USA only), or GST and PST numbers (Canada only). Beauty School Account School must have a makeup artistry program or esthetics program that requires makeup application lessons. High schools with beauty programs are accepted. *PLEASE NOTE* We have a new company policy set in place whereby we cannot open accounts for the following individuals without a business license and re-sellers permit: Makeup Artist / Esthetician / Cosmetologist Self-taught Makeup Artist Hairstylists and Nail Technicians If you are a makeup artist, esthetician, cosmetologist, hairstylist, or nail technician you must provide proof that you own a beauty business with a registered business name with an EIN number and a re-sellers Permit. In addition, we cannot open accounts for businesses or professions unrelated to the beauty industry.
Products : Are you formulation professional quality?
Yes, we carry a full line of professional quality cosmetics. Our team of developers and makeup artists work together to constantly review, revise and improve our formulations. The products that we carry are manufactured according to our exacting specifications. We are always comparing our products to other brands in the industry in order to maintain the highest quality of wholesale and private label cosmetics on the market. We feel very strongly that you will be impressed by our products. We invite you to try them and give us your feedback.
: Are your product tested on animals?
No, none of our products have been or will ever be tested on animals. Our products are cruelty free and vegan (with the exception of some products that contain beeswax or lanolin).
: I have a question about how to use product?
We have makeup artists on staff and we can assist you in learning how to use the product and how to sell it as well. Please use our contact page to reach our makeup artist team.
: Do your products come with boxes?
Yes, almost all of our products come in boxes except for brushes, some accessories and some pencils.
:Where are your products manufactured?
Ar3 Beauty has manufacturing facilities in Canada and China. Please inquire if you have questions regarding a specific product.
Purchasing: What is the minimum order on website purchases?
The minimum order is $200 on products only and does not include print or set up fees. However, we do make exceptions for businesses or individuals looking to make a sample order before ordering larger quantities.
:Can I get catalouge or price list?
Our website is the best place to find all of our products and prices. Note that you will need to create an account and login to see pricing. Shipping:Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. For international shipments, it is the responsibility of the client to understand the import regulations of the destination country. We will try to assist as much as possible but we will not provide refunds for refused entry. If there is any documentation that you will require, please let us know before placing your order so that we can check to see if we can provide what you need. :Can i get express shipping if i need my order urgently?
In general, we ship all orders using standard UPS Ground or USPS Ground. In some circumstances, we may be able to ship your order using express service. If you require express shipping, please contact our team by phone +1(832) 339-8101 or email using our contact page. Additional charges will be applied for express shipping.
